youth section Frome Town FC are delighted to have its own mini and youth structure and are proud to be a truly all inclusive Club and hold the prestigious FA Charter Standard Community Club award which is the pinnacle of the development pathway. We run youth teams for school children from reception year to Under 18s and  offer football for boys and girls of all ages and abilities, giving them the chance to maximise their own individual potential, in a fun, safe and enjoyable environment. Our Coaches Our coaches are FA Qualified, with a full CRB disclosure and up to date first aid certificate.  A number of our coaches have attended the ground breaking new FA Youth coaching courses specifically designed for coaches who specialise in working with young players. Training & Matches Training takes place on a Thursday evening at Oakfield School during the lighter evenings moving to Frome Leisure Centre during the winter.  Our teams play in the Mid- Wilts League at Oakfield School on Sunday mornings.  We also often set up special coaching sessions, including Tesco Skills Days. A Community Club In 2011 the club was recognised by the FA with the award of its prestigious Charter Standard Community Club Status.  We are the only club in Frome to have achieved this and are proud of our work with local schools and organisations.  We run sports days for schools, free holiday coaching sessions, work with school teams, help with fundraising activities and more.
