Meet The Team Community Development Officer Mr Gary Collinson Appointed in 2008 to the Clubs main committee with the objective of developing stronger links within the wider community both in football and beyond. The first main project was to oversee the introduction of the clubs own youth system which was followed by the Club being awarded the prestigious FA Charter Standard Community Club award. Gary’s main aim and focus is the introduction of the Robins own academy structure whereby talented players can combine quality football coaching with their eduction between the ages of 16 and 18. This would give them a chance to develop their game to a semi- professional level and perhaps even beyond whilst appropriate study will also allow them to pursue a career in the game outside of actually playing. Gary combines his off field duties with also running the Clubs under 16’s side. Education Liaison Officer Miss Nicola Coles Appointed in December 2012 into a newly created role within the Club with the aim of developing links between the Club and schools through educational resources. Her appointment received wide aclaim from around the local football scene and being a devote non-league football fan herself is seen as an excellent addition to the Robins off the field team. Lead Coach Mr Jamie Malley Jamie has been involved with the Club for several seasons and was at the forefront of the introduction of the Robins own youth section as well as the successful annual tournament held at the main ground. Jamie organises the community coaches to go into schools and deals with the day to day administration of the coaching as well as also undertaking coaching for the Yeovil Town Community Trust who operates in the local area.
