Board of Directors Frome Town AFC are a limited company and are run principally by a Board of seven Directors who have all passed the Football Association ‘Owners and Directors’ fit and proper person tests. Each Director has their own area of responsibility and report back to the collective board at a monthly Board Meeting. Jeremy Alderman Chairman Joined the Club as Main Sponsor and President back in 2008 before taking over as Chairman in January 2010.  Has been instrumental in the re-branding of the Venue & Sports Bar along with putting the Club on a more business like footing.  Has his own property development company. Ivan Carver Vice-Chairman Ivan is in his second spell with the Club and previously also was involved in the Frome Sunday League.  Has performed many roles including a successful spell as Commercial Manager.  Although retired from his career in retail he is now almost full time involved with the Club. Ian Pearce Managing Director Longest serving member of the Board having joined The Robins back in 2001.  Former Civil Servant who is now the full time Managing Director of the Club coupled with the administration of The Venue & Sports Bar.  Also doubles up as Programme Editor and Website Manager & Club Secretary. Raymond Pearce Finance Director A retired Payroll Manager for several large companies in the area who is in his third spell in charge of the Clubs finances having originally been involved in the golden era of the late 1970’s.  Also a life member after his efforts in securing the Clubs future in 2005 after an HMRC visit. Gary Collinson Community Development Director Been an instrumental figure in developing of both the community side of the Club and as a Director of the Venue & Sports Bar.  A businessman in the financial and property markets he also runs the clubs Under 18’s side as well as his duties with the bar and community activities. Neil Clark Stadium & Health & Safety Director Neil is in his second spell with the Club having originally been involved in the mid 2000’s as the Under 18’s Secretary.  He is now in charge of Stadium Health & Safety and works for an electrical company as a contracts manager. Brian Stevens Social & Fundraising Director Has been with the Club for several years and is now responsible for fundraising as well as social events in The Venue & Sports Bar.  Brian’s whole family is involved with the Club with both his wife and two children helping on matchdays & with events.  Brian works for a glazing company.
