Community Meeting with all sections of the Club represented.

evening to discuss various aspects around the Club and agreed on ways of moving forward on various ideas which will
include joint fund-raising and increased publicity which will see the publication of a club handbook and diary which will be
given out to each person who joins the club as either a player, manager or a member as well as a new club ID card.
Community Meetings will be held every quarter (January, April, July and October) and minutes of the meetings will be
distributed to all individual committee’s and will also be available for general view to supporters with the main aim of more
collaborative working and generating the ‘one club’ feel which has always been the aim and to encourage more people
through the turnstiles for matches.
Club Secretary Ian Pearce said of the new format: “Its been a long held vision of the Club to bring in this new structure
and now everything is in place with all sections working really well on their own areas it’s the ideal time to get things
moving properly. Each area of the Club really does a superb job but we need all that to come together to generate the
‘one club’ feel as there is a massive potential that we have not yet fully tapped into but with the new structure in place it
should help develop that over the coming season”.
